Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the ID Foundation conference portal and website operated by the International Development Foundation ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this portal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Registration & Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the magic link token sent to your email.
  • You agree not to disclose your auth token to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payments & Refunds

All educational fees are processed securely. The following policies apply:

  • Conference fees must be paid in full prior to the issuance of any visa support letters.
  • Refund requests must be submitted 30 days prior to the event start date.
  • A processing fee of 10% may be deducted from refunds.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.

4. Code of Conduct

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, social events, and online media.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall International Development Foundation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
