Terms of Use

International Development Foundation • EIN: 88-4120354

Last Updated: Aug 28, 2026

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the website operated by International Development Foundation ("IDF," "we," "our"), a Texas religious nonprofit corporation operating IUDI University™ as an assumed name. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

International Development Foundation is a Texas religious nonprofit corporation and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) organization. As a church, it is not required to file IRS Form 990 and does not do so. IUDI University™ is an assumed name (DBA) under which we operate; it is not a separate legal entity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Registration & Access

This website is open to all visitors. It offers no accounts, no sign-in, and no registration of any kind, and we do not issue access links or codes. Applications and enrollment for IUDI University™ are handled on its own platform, under its own terms.

4. Payments

No payment is processed on this website. Donations are handled by our third-party donation providers on their own systems, subject to their terms; tuition and program fees are handled by IUDI University™ on its platform, under its own terms.

5. Non-Accreditation Disclosure

IUDI University™ grants religious degrees as a Texas religious postsecondary institution exempt from Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board regulation under 19 T.A.C. § 7.9, and holds a Texas Workforce Commission exemption under Texas Education Code § 132.002(a)(2). Separately, IUDI University™'s authority to use the word "university" in its name derives from Texas Education Code § 61.313 and 19 T.A.C. § 7.5, distinct from the degree-granting exemption above. Exemption is not accreditation: the State of Texas has not approved, regulated, accredited, or licensed our curriculum, faculty, or programs, and IUDI University™ is not accredited by any recognized accrediting agency. Degrees and certificates are not represented as equivalent to those from an accredited institution. IUDI University™ holds no accreditation, registration, or recognition from any authority outside the State of Texas. Standards for ordination and for ministry are generally set by churches, denominations, associations and mission agencies rather than by governments, and those bodies remain free to decide how they receive an IUDI credential. Where a government, a regulator, or an accredited institution decides — public employment, professional registration, immigration, or admission and transfer credit at accredited institutions — do not assume an IUDI credential will be accepted.

6. Code of Conduct

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion.

We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form, in any online session, forum, or communication channel.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, course materials, and publications are owned by International Development Foundation or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except as permitted by law or explicit written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, International Development Foundation and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold International Development Foundation harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.

11. Minors

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
