Certification in Transformational Leadership
International Development Foundation (IDF) (USA), in partnership with Institut Universitaire de Développement International (IUDI), invites Christian leaders to a one-week, biblically-centered program devoted to responsible, strategic, and transformational leadership for the glory of God and the well-being of society.
Who Should Attend
This program is intended for:
- Leaders of churches and Christian ministries
- Christian businesswomen and businessmen
- Members of denominational or organizational executive boards
- Individuals holding at least a bachelor's degree
Training Overview
Participants will engage in a structured week of biblical reflection, strategic leadership instruction, and meaningful peer interaction. The program emphasizes workshops, case discussions, and practical application rather than extended lectures.

By completing the pre-registration form, you express your interest in attending and will receive updates as we approach the formal registration period, which begins February 1, 2026.

International Participants
Individuals traveling from outside the United States may request a preliminary document after pre-registration to assist with early visa appointment scheduling.
Official invitation letters will be issued only after formal registration and payment during the February–April registration period.
Participants are responsible for holding a valid passport and for completing all U.S. visa requirements.
